Job Description

Desktop technicians are usually the first people to call on when something goes wrong with your PC in your company or the company network. Features range from desktop to remote telephone support to help solve computer problems. Desktop technicians must give priority to the problems they receive. For example, a team that completely blocks is considered a high priority for someone who cannot understand how to send an e-mail.

On the desktop, technicians can also play other roles in the IT department, as well as ensure that all of your network computers supported, safe and secure. They can also implement security updates on each server system and their businesses to make sure that never threatened. Also, it may be necessary to show employees how to use computer programs and the network of your company, and to comply with safety standards.
